Adoption Application

Once you are ready to adopt, please complete the Brave Companion Dog Rescue Adoption Application below. This is not a contract or agreement of any kind, just an expression of interest in the animal.

Unfortunately, we cannot authorise meet and greets with our dogs unless the Adoption Application has been completed. Only approved applications may meet our dogs.

 

Once you are approved and have submitted all relevant information, we will organise for you to meet the dog at your home or in a public place. Where possible, please bring any other animals you have to the meeting so that we can see whether they get along.

 

Before applying, please consider and finalise the following:

• real estate approval

• fence repair (if needed)

• outside shelter areas

• research the dog's breed and dietary requirements to ensure that you will be able to cater to the dog's needs

 

Supporting documents required:

• Real estate approval or proof of home ownership

• Photos of your fence and current pets (if applicable)
