About Us
Brave Companion Dog Rescue is a volunteer, non-profit organisation caring for abandoned dogs and puppies in the Lockyer Valley and surrounding regions in south east Queensland.
Who We Are
Every year we take in many dogs: those that have been badly abused and neglected; those that have been loved but can no longer be cared for; and those that are simply unwanted.

Every dog deserves a loving home, which is why we are here to help. We are a no kill shelter and we have many wonderful dogs that need loving families and homes.
What We Do
We strongly believe that dogs deserve all the love and respect that they give to us.
The goal of Brave dogs remains the care and re-homing of lost and unwanted dogs by:

Loving and caring for the dogs in our care as our own until they can find a forever home: and

Actively promoting responsible dog ownership
